  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 4 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order confirmation, packing, and preparing your parcel for dispatch.
  • Transit time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Estimated total delivery time: 8 to 19 business days from the date of purchase.

Public holidays, high volume seasons, or carrier delays may affect these estimates.
